I liked the way plenty of time was taken to discuss my hair and potential styles. I was a bit apprehensive as this was the first time I was having my hair cut by Adam but I was made to feel at ease. The salon has a nice welcoming feel about it and is light and airy as well.

My 4pm Thursday appointment was in a bustling happy salon. My minor disappointment was the amount of trimmed hair across the salon floor as usually the salon is kept tidy. I am still happy to recommend and return again. Many thanks to my stylist 😁

I was very happy with the colour and blow dry- however I had booked for a different stylist and it would be good to have been told that I was having someone different at the start. It would also be helpful to know who is styling- the staff don't seem to introduce themselves and you have to ask them who they are. I did mention this to Adam who provided a discount and apologised- but I want to make it clear that I wasn't complaining about the standard of the colour and cut- merely the lack of information about the change. I wasn't at all unhappy with the lady who styled- she did do a good job and was very polite.

Appointment experience was very good, from online booking to payment. One week on the cut still looks good. New salon layout looks refeshing.

I visited their new Beauty Therapist during July while she had an introductory offer. Laura was very professional and the treatments (massage) were very relaxing and competently carried out. I am looking forward to her introducing facials to the extensive range if treatments she does.

Laura was my stylist and I liked the fact that she didn't try to make small talk - it was lovely to sit and relax while she did my hair . Will be back for highlights soon.
