I was struggling with a back problem during my visit today. Every one of the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Lovely coliour and finish, two cups of mint tea and lots of TLC. Excellent as always Thank you team!

Many thanks to: Chloe for a lovely colour, Rachel for a most relaxing hair wash with a massage and Adam for a wonderful cut as always. Adam I thought your and Nickii's plans for developing the layout of the salon most interesting and I am certain it will look great. Cannot wait to visit to see it in six weeks! Good to chat also Adam about ideas to enhance the clients' total experience such as developing the beauty treatments, and offering light snacks for clients to purchase which I would certainly enjoy. For example toast, muesli, small croissants, finger sandwiches, mini scones and cakes. Snacks that are easy to offer and eat particularly when clients are having a treatment colour or highlights. Just a thought..... would it be a possibility to include reward points for clients on the computer system with all their other information? It would save remembering to bring the reward card for all appointments.

The receptionist charged me more than last time when I booked the appointment, so I told her how much it was 6 weeks ago and she then reduced it to the original price? I wasn't offered a drink while I waited this time, but my stylist offered me one fairly quickly after she met me. Good range of drinks. The stylist I saw was the same as last time. She is excellent in the care she gives, her haircut and dry, the way she listens and goes the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I was in pain today (I have M.E) and she accommodated this by spraying my hair rather than me having to lean back over a sink. She also put towels behind my back to make me more comfortable.The haircut is great and I trust this stylist's advice. Another stylist has given me good advice on my thinning hair which I am grateful for. I have never spent so much on my hair because I usually go to cheaper salons. I have enjoyed the extra care I receive at Bryants. I do wonder if the products would be cheaper online_ I don't know the answer to that. I don't know how long I will be able to afford to go to Bryant. I know I will get a very good haircut there though. Nothing is too much trouble for the hairdresser.Thank you.
