Appreciating this is really busy salon with quality professionals. However, from a customer experience point of view if appointment scheduled with the Director stylist for this high valued skills then it would be preferably that they are not interrupted / disturbed during a cutting session. regards

First visit since lockdown. Service & quality of hair cut & colour remain excellent. Very clean. Missed the coffee & magazines though, although that can't be helped given the pandemic! Well done Adam, Niki & team

My daughter had a wonderful haircut and experience; she loved her hair and felt treated like a princess. As usual most people were welcoming and friendly and I have a particular shout-out to Jordan who really went out of her way to talk to both my children. The only reason I didn’t give my usual 10/10 for the environment is because on entry a different lady seemed quite put out that I had my younger baby and buggy with me. When she asked me if I could leave my 5 year old because of it I felt like I was being a pain having my youngest with a buggy and there’s no way I could leave my 5 year old unattended! I understand that because of covid it isn’t the best thing to have and next time I would leave it at home but when I called to book the appointment and said my baby would be with me it wasn’t mentioned and I didn’t really think. In the end, the other staff, found a solution and everything was fine but I think the lady could have been a little friendlier or at least smiled when it caused a dilemma. On reflection, I could have left the buggy outside and just brought my little girl in on my lap but because I was a little taken aback I didn’t think quick enough. Not a biggie but maybe a buggy policy is something to consider so customers don’t feel like they’ve done something wrong? Wouldn’t put me off though, it’s a stressful time and I cannot rate Bryant and co more highly, or to friends. Especially the high standard of hair care that’s always experienced.

Always great service and tailored advice for your hair type. Love my colour and cut. Shame the experience isn't like normal with drinks and massage chair etc but it felt safe and covid measures were in place. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend.

Really friendly welcoming staff and relaxed atmosphere in here, feel listened to when discussing colour and style. Cut and colour has always been done to high standard and I’ve been very happy with the results. Would highly recommend.
