I had a fabulous facial with Ciara - one of the best I’ve ever had. It was very relaxing (I fell asleep!) and my skin looks and feels great.

I had a Hollywood wax. Love going always a relaxing experience. Very clean and quality products used. Always welcomed with a smile at the front desk. Like the personalised touches in taking an interest in you. At the same time if you don't want to talk and just want peace that is respected too. I was informed about best ways of maintaining my treatment.

Kirsty is amazing, super friendly & does the best nails without question :) I do think £48 is expensive though I have to say, but again I can't fault the quality from Kirsty sooooo 🤷‍♀️

Lovely experience, but my nails on my hands chipped within hours of leaving the shop. I’ve been on holiday in Australia, so not even doing my normal chores for just over a week and having chipped nails looks a state. My feet are still lovely and were completed by a different member of staff. I paid £90 for both. I normally pay £64 at a local shop in Heaton Moor and both last for four weeks without any chips, so will not be going again. Sorry Ladies.
