Booked a wax on recommendation and was not disappointed! The staff are welcoming and very friendly, and the end result was one of the best I’ve had. Will definitely be going back.

I came in to have my ears pierced today. Although this was the second time, I was nervous and didn’t quite know what to expect having had them pierced previously when I was a child. Sarah was so lovely and explained everything to me. It was over within seconds. Would definitely recommend for a calming piercing experience!

All the staff were really lovely and attentive, catering to my needs and questions. Lots of great advice given and I was able to feel comfortable and relaxed. The only thing I would say is that some of the dead skin was still my heels, I would have liked it completely gone but this may have been down to time scales. Other than that brill
