Lisa was great as usual. But, and I feel a bit mean commenting on a trainee, but the junior who blow dried my hair (Megan?) really isn't very good. I knew as soon as she picked up the brush that she didn't know what she was doing. And I realized when I got back to my car, that my hair wasn't really dry. A bit more training I feel. Sorry! I really come just to have the color done, so not too important.
