Emily cut my daughter's hair. It was an awkward length, growing out a shorter, layered cut into a longer length. Emily listened to Martha, looked at photos, suggested what would work with her hair and gave her a lovely new style. She adapted the cut when Martha wanted a thicker fringe and was careful to get it absolutely right. Martha is really pleased.

I enjoy the experience I get at Sloanes and particularly like the complimentary treatments that are offered by happy friendly staff. The prices make me wince slightly, especially when I have colour, but I appreciate Aveda products are premier. I have been noticing recently that some areas of decor are looking tired (the beam above the sinks has damp patches) which considering the high prices charged, ought to be addressed.

I feel really bad for saying this but the girl who does the drinks with short hair and glasses is very polite but she always always offers a drink and then never comes back with it. It makes me laugh now because I say yes please when she asks and know she'll never come back with it! The last 4 times this has happened - might be worth her having a notepad 🙂
