All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. They are more than happy to offer advice or answer any questions and provide considered suggestions and opinions rather than bland "one-liners" or parrot-like marketing corporate-speak.

I have always had good experiences over many years with this team. I especially appreciate being able to nip in between cuts to have a trim of my fringe, at no charge extra charge & on spec. There is usually someone free within a couple of minutes to do this even if my regular hairdresser is not there.

Friendly staff and very professional. Always good service & advice. Good products to purchase. Always a nice cup of coffee whilst in the salon. Always manage to fit you in when needing an urgent appointment. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done, have been having my hair cut and coloured at this salon for years. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

This hair salon is so friendly lovely staff great advice they take care explaining about your hair . My hairdresser is Emily at waterlooville a lovely girl very proffetional . Allways makes me a nice cup of tea and does my hair lovely thank you .

As usual I recieved an excellent cut and style from Cheryl. I have absolute confidence in her ability to be able to translate my somewhat vague description of how I would like my hair styled into a cut that I can maintain and looks attractive for the next 6 weeks.
