I am suffering quite badly with arthritis pain at the moment, and am trying to recover from having a knee replacement operation. I also hurt my back 2 weeks ago and think I may have a cracked rib which is also giving me a lot of discomfort and is not helping with my mobility. So, today, I was in equal amounts of pain everywhere! Vicky did her utmost to colour my hair without creating any discomfort in my back or neck. Cheryl cut my hair and made sure that I was totally comfortable throughout the whole time I was with her. And I have to say, I was totally in awe of Will and how kind and gentle he was when washing my hair and doing my treatment. He knew how uncomfortable it was for me to sit in the chair and have my hair washed etc but he was super careful. He helped me to and from the salon to the washroom to make sure I never slipped up. He is a credit to the salon, and I hope I get my hair washed etc by him again. Everyone in the salon is so kind and they are always so pleasant too.
