Difficult with Covid as it doesn’t feel as comfortable without magazine and hot drink as I come straight from work. Perhaps offer a free magazine in the price as no longer providing other comforts

When ever I walk through the door of Wonderfulhair,I am always made welcome and everyone looks happy.To me this is a big thing and it makes my time much nicer when having my hair done.

I almost always have a good experience when I have my hair done at your salon. Over the years I have often had positive comments about my hair cut from friends and occasionally strangers. I do however think that the prices are very high and it is for this reason that I gave a lowish rate for recommending you to friends. I admit that I have not been to another salon for a very long time so do not know what the competition charges but I assume it's lower due to the incredulous responses I get when I disclose how much I pay.

I finally had an excellent haircut. I think the only two people who know my hair and how it needs to be cut are Lucy and Emily. The only thing is I think it is expensive. Other saloons do offer special deals . I have been offered a colour and haircut for £50.

Emma is a very good hairdresser, always ready to go that extra mile for me. i went out last night on a party night, Emma asked me if i would like hair straighteners used after she has blown dried my hair it would keep my style in longer, (weather was so bad) my hair still looks good this morning. Emma always deserves a 10 as a hairdresser. I just think the prices are too high, the price i paid yesterday still seemed high, i even had my treatment free due to the stamp card,

Charlotte and Heidi done a great job on my hair, the advice i received from them was very good, obviously i was nervous having someone else cut my hair while Emma is on maternity leave, look forward to having Charlotte again, i also think the loyalty card is a good idea especially for someone like me who spends a lot of money in the salon.
