My only comment is that I do find the washing area very dark and cut off. When you arrive just to have a wash and cut you are placed in the washing area and sometimes it is quite a while before someone comes to attend to you and you get the feeling that you have been forgotten otherwise I cannot fault the girls at all, they are all very pleasant and efficient. Thank you.

I sat in one chair for colouring and a different chair for the cut. Considering Covid19 I think it would be better for customers to use the same chair for the entire appointment. Good use of PPI, and plenty of evidence of staff sanitising areas.

As always everyone very friendly and Cheryl produced an amazing haircut. I miss having a cup of coffee but realized this isn't possible due to covid. I have had the same stylist for many years and hope to have the same stylist fir many years to come.
