I always receive good service from Elenka at the salon and she always cuts and colours my hair brilliantly. My only complaint is that the salon is very cold in the winter which makes sitting in the salon uncomfortable during cold times of the year particularly when I M there for a colour which takes over an hour from beginning to end. The salon is always clean and tidy and I am always offered a hot drink. Getting an appointment is often quite difficult as there are not many staff working in the salon.
