Fantastic relaxing enviroment, polite freindly welcoming staff with expert advice - there's so much on offer its hard to choose but your must have facial of the moment is Dr Janka facial it is LUSH!!!!! My skin feels so moistruised and soft, re-balanced - thank you for a wonderful relaxing visit

I have just completed a series of 3 universal body wrap treatments, losing 20+ inches which I'm delighted with. Sarah is very professional and has a calm and encouraging nature. I have already booked a different treatment (cellulite) and will have follow up body wraps at intervals. I always leave the salon feeling good and positive and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

There is always a warm welcome at Lexden Retreat and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Emma did a brilliant massage as always and I would thoroughly recommend her. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted and I was very happy with the result as they were turning grey! Much better now and I don't have to try to pencil them in anymore. Thank you very much.

Great service, the online booking system is very good and the text reminder to confirm your appointment is so helpful when you have a busy schedule.I like being able to book my preferred staff member to do my treatment as then I always get the look I like. Sarah always gives the results I expect and makes me relaxed thoughout.
