Sometimes I love a relaxing massage, but this particular time, I needed my body to be de-stressed. Krisztina was amazing at getting to those knots. Within seconds of touching me she was focussed on my problem areas. She is a genius. I would thoroughly recommend anyone that has any tightness or nagging muscular problems to book in with Krisztina

I had my first-ever Indian head massage and my second-ever pedicure. My therapist was Clare. I instantly felt at ease with her and we had an interesting conversation. I really enjoyed my Indian head massage. It was very soothing and relaxing and the hot oil smelled divine. I upgraded from a basic pedicure to a full pedicure at no extra cost, which was very kind of Clare and unexpected. I enjoyed my pedicure and our conversation. Neither of my treatments was hurried. I think Clare was very generous with her time and I really appreciate it. This was my first time at Lexden Retreat and it definitely won't be the last. Clare recommended that I try reflexology so I shall return for that. I shall definitely recommend Lexden Retreat to my family and friends. Thank you so much, Clare. It was a pleasure to meet you and the whole experience was a resl pleasure.
