Really positive experience, definitely would recommend. I regularly suffer from back pain and this was so helpful in reducing my pain and helping me relax.

Hi Renee was welcoming friendly and warm. She first did my nails which were spot on and I loved them . She asked me questions throughout ensuring I got what I wanted. I then had the 75 min facial and back shoulder and neck massage. The massage was really good and Renee was really thorough in getting my knots out and asked throughput if I was okay as I had a shoulder injury . My massage was a good 15 minutes. My facial - I want to give constructive feedback as this is not a direct criticism to Renee - I should of had a 60 min facial - it was far from that and I felt as soon as a product was put on my face it was taken off. I did not feel the benefit of the products . I went into the treatment room around 9.50 and come out just shy of 11am. Please bear in mind it should have been 75 mins plus I added an algae mask - so should have come out at 11.20ish. Renee is an apprentice and obviously is learning her trade and I have know doubt she will make an exceptional beautician . I paid half price - I feel you should have done a promotion where you are advertising the fact that is is half price as Renee is gaining experience. Then customers understand she is learning . If I had paid full price I would not of been happy .
