The only reason I marked a couple down, was because you are clearly in the throes of decorating, and also no one greeeted me for the first 5 minutes I was in the salon.

Hi Suzanne Iam really sorry you were not greeted on entering the salon this is unacceptable and we stress to all of our team that what is expected of them in terms of customer welcome. This is not the norm and I hope you will give us the opportunity to improve on your first experience of the salon. We are renevating the salon and we are unable to decorate as the some of the works are likely to damage paintwork such as a new pedicure station and potential removal of a wall. The salon will be upgraded to a high standard in the coming months. As your experience wasnt to the standards we set for ourselves I would like to offer a £10 voucher off your next service as a gesture. Please present this message when you come to check out. I have a back problem so the raised armchairs at RL are perfect. Had a great pedicure and a warm welcome - including tea and biscuits. Had a wait a little for my appointment.

Now the prices have gone up quite a bit it’s a struggle to get money together for treatments and hair appointments. I used to pay £60 for hair and now it’s over £100 a time. I stopped going to other stopped going to other salons due to the price being that high and now you guys a creeping up their too.

Not happy that appointments booked are constantly changed to a different stylist Reason booked with a certain stylist is because would rather have who is booked than who im changed to
