On my first visit I was very nervous as I’ve avoided hairdressers for a long time, Rachel made me feel very relaxed and talked reassuringly to me. The whole visit was made all the better with the lovely comments I had from work colleagues. So now I make sure I go back and have a regular trim ( plus the hair wash is so relaxing I go just for that 😁) Thank you Rachel
