Really poor. First we were kept waiting for 15 mins and then the hairdresser (Claire) rushed through cutting my daughters hair. I had asked her to put some shaping in the sides around her face but she didn't bother to. Unfortunately I had my young son with me and I was dealing with him so I didn't realise until it was too late. To add insult to injury the cut was uneven and I will have to trim it myself to straighten it. To be charged £14 for about 5 mins poor work is unacceptable. I won't be returning!
