I think Olive is amazing. Not only is she very talented and makes my hair beautiful, she's very professional, funny and so easy to talk to. On a separate note, the thing that would make my experience 10's is in relation to drinks. I have been offered a drink for my last 2 visits, neither of which have appeared. This would lift my score, it's the little things :)
