I visited Sanctum Beauty today (23/05/24) and the staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed when the member of Staff who was going to do my treatment became unavailable how quick another member of staff stepped up and sorted carried out my treatment.

My massage was not as good as other times. I did not enjoy it as when Emma does it. I was disappointed.

I am extremely impressed with Sanctum Beauty. All the staff are polite, friendly and professional at all times. They make you feel special and look after you well. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and no need to worry about parking. I cannot fault the Salon and all it offers.

Sanctum beauty is a lovely salon with great service and friendly staff. They were a bit kate in seeing us. We were not in a hurry so that was OK for us. I had a manicure and my 2 daughters had hot stone massage. Very happy
