Having a haircut should feel like a treat and it always does at Alan Edwards. I never think about what I want my hair to look like, I can delegate the whole thing to them and trust them to make it fabulous, cut and colour. You can tell that they make customer service a priority by the way they are friendly and keen to help without being in your face. For instance I am always on the run, working hard, and here they will ask if I need to be out at a certain time - one time I had two people at once blow drying to make it happen. When my sister got married and we had our wedding day hair done, the stylist was confused by the complexity of the cut and offered to tidy it up - which I politely declined. When she finished blow drying she saw how it all fell into place and was really impressed. I am always complemented on the cut and the colour. I couldn't be happier with the creativity, execution and general ambience, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
