  Hello!  Welcome to Alan Edwards Salons founded in 1986 by Alan Edwards and Elaine Hill.  Alan Edwards has been at the forefront of British Hairdressing for over 20 years. I have been an Alan Edwards customer since 2002. In all that time, I have never been disappointed with the quality of work in the salon. The stylists are always excellent and the standard of hair-cutting is superlative, testimony to outstanding training and real artistry. Long may you flourish!

I'm not the easiest client, going into the salon with a very firm idea of what I want. This time I just said I want a sharp shape that will turn heads with colour to match and I wasn't disappointed! I also took my 15 year-old son along who is now also a devotee.

I really look forward to my visits to Alan Edwards. You not only get a great haircut and advice, but also plenty of philosophical chat. I've been going there for more than 20 years, though, so feel like part of the family. My 15 year-old son is a recent convert. Very fussy about his appearance, he feels totally comfortable in the capable hands of Elle. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I am delighted with my new hair look! Jay is absolutely fantastic, I felt comfortable in explaining what look I was aiming for and Jay met the standard to the T. The service was excellent and over all a fantastic experience. The salon was recommended by a friend and I am looking forward to my next appointment, thank you again x
