Comment
The salon is beginning to look very tired and worn. The cleaning needs to be improved eg skirting boards are covered in hair and the floor generally looks unclean - especially around the edges. The 'music' needs to be more back ground than loud. My stylist is very good and very caring and she is the reason I now stay with the salon. If I was a new customer I would probably be put off by the general appearance of the place.
