The professional advice section is a little lower simply because with a straightforward gents cut there is not a great deal of advice to be given. I am confident that if I was having colour (unlikely) or maybe conditioning issues, then the initial assessment and advice would be of a very high standard.

I recently had a problem with my hairstyle and with a wedding to attend asked if I could pop in and get it sorted. The owner of the hairdressers was very helpful and fitted me in for a cut and blow dry the same day and sorted out my problem for me.

Faye gave me her expert advice and allowed me plenty of time to mull over her suggestions before making my decision. Faye never made me feel a nuisance and answered all my questions until I understood my alternatives.
