A great atmosphere, very friendly staff who make you feel like part of the family! Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate - and lots of it! Slightly pricey but the cost is reflected in the up to the minute techniques on offer and the training that all the staff regularly update. I have no idea how costs compare with similar salons as I've been a client of Jo's for 20 years which speaks volumes - you get what you pay for! Andy does a great colour using TIGI products - the salon also sells a broad range of TIGI products and has regular product offers. Well done to all the staff and a big welcome to the lovely Ellie who has recently joined the team as resident beautician and offers waxing, lash and brow tinting and nail treatments in a lovely relaxing newly decorated beauty room. A great experience but be sure to make your booking well in advance as all the staff are much in demand and will go that extra mile to make your visit memorable.
