As a lady trying to embrace the natural grey now Tracey and Lucy both offered professional opinion on colour / tinting which I was guided by and also used holistic approach too to hair care which is refreshing. No hard sales on hair products either but as they smell gorgeous bought Kevin Murphy set. Again advised on how to use correctly. Tracey also doing my brows and each time I go back they look thicker and great frame boosting confidence

I was grateful to be fitted in for a haircut, blow dry and lash tint at short notice prior to my holiday. Unfortunately, my usual hairdresser, having experienced an accident, had to cancel. On arrival I was welcomed by Charlotte who did the lash tint. She was very professional and I was made to feel comfortable and didn’t experience any stinging afterwards, as can sometimes happen. Happy with the whole procedure. Immediately afterwards I was introduced to Jennifer. She asked about my hair and definitely listened to what I had to say resulting in a great cut and a very happy customer. The whole experience was warm and very friendly.

From South Wales to Broadway EVERYONE has complimented me on the colour and curls! Still stayed nice 5 days later IS pricey, there’s no denying it but I do look and feel expensive!!!! As Jen says, “Expensive doesn’t come cheap!” And i feel a million dollars, thanks! x
