Possibly the best hair salon I've ever used, from the initial call to make my very first appointment, to having just been back for my third, they have a personal and professional touch that just makes you think that they have completely got it right, I love this place!

Christie is a very friendly but professional stylist. She discusses every aspect before, during and after the appointment to ensure you know what she is doing and also to check you are satisfied with your cut or colour.

I have been a client of the salon since it opened and of Austen and Louise for many years prior to that. I am very particular about my hair but trust Austen implicitly with both cut and (wonderful)colour. I would never dream of going anywhere else. Everyone in the salon is efficient and friendly.

I am very pleased with my colour and cut at Austen Thomson Hair. Louise is an excellent stylist. She she made suggestions for the cut and some small alterations to the colour combinations I usually have and I really like the result. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I felt I was looked after very professionally, by all members of the team.
