I have been a customer for 5 years, my stylist is Louise, I have never failed to be happy with my experience. I always get really good advice on how to look after my hair between visits. I find all of the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I enjoy the friendly yet completely professional staff, the relaxed and modern environment, and the attention to detail of Austen Thomson's, down to always being offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. Above all, I leave feeling happy with an excellent hair cut which is the result of a marriage between what I want for my hair and the advice I receive from Austen himself. I would recommend the salon to anyone of any age.

It's taken a while to find a good salon in Edinburgh but I've now been going to Austen Thomson for over a year as they're fantastic! Always a great relaxed atmosphere and I'm always pleased with the service. I would thoroughly recommend Murray.

Always receive excellent advice and service. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, you always get a good blether along with an excellent hair cut!
