I had my haircut during COVID once the salon could open again. I felt the salon was very clean and had been made a safe environment for all clients and staff. Would highly recommend.

I visited the salon this week and was very impressed by the measures taken to protect both the customers and staff against Covid 19. The experience is still as relaxing as ever, but undertaken in a totally safe environment. Well done Fresh Heir!!

On entering the salon everything was clearly explained to me about sanitising my hands and wearing a mask. The salon was divided into different areas with screens and there was only one other customer who was more than two metres away. I still enjoyed the experience of having my hair washed, cut and blow dried. I didn’t have to move from my seat to pay and all facilities were available for customers to use. I would thoroughly recommended Fresh Heir as they are a friendly salon, give value for money, provide an enjoyable experience and are very experienced stylists.

Kate has been my hair stylist for many years and I've always been happy and confident with her. She's really worked hard in making the salon a safe place to be whilst it's still welcoming in spite of the regulations that had to be put in place. Well done Kate.

I was impressed with our professional everyone was in the salon. Debbie did a fantastic job and had all of the procedures and safety advice in place. I felt very safe and happy being in the salon.
