I have just had a lovely morning in the salon with Lisa managing my transition from very dark hair, to a modern grey. I have been in total trust with Lisa and the results and condition of my hair is outstanding. I cannot believe the difference and I have shared a picture to show how dark my hair was at the beginning, to where I am today. Just wow! Thank you so much Lisa. I must also give a shout out to Molly who provided me with the best head massage EVER this morning! I felt so relaxed and pampered. Thank you Molly. See you all soon Team Fresh! xx

Charlie is amazing!! Always listens and offers balanced advice. Does all she can to meet requests. What has stood-out over my last two visits is her absolute professionalism. Told me with complete transparency that if I needed a pixie style she would pass to a colleague whilst she continues to train and develop her expertise. I am sure some of this is confidence!!! Because of her honesty, conscientiousness and professionalism I would trust her implicitly with a complete restyle. Sometimes being in a salon can be daunting but you all always make the experience warm and friendly. Charlie, you are amazingly brilliant and it has been wonderful to see your confidence and skill grow over the last couple of years. Thank you ❤️
