I am surprised by the level of service, for the price the cut and colour is always high quality and they listen to what you want. they give good advice on products and hair care but don't pressure you. I wouldn't go anywhere else

The man who cut my hair was lovely and I cannot fault him. however I feel the environment is very awkward. There is now a group of ladies doing women’s nails and the whole time I was there they were talking loudly, playing on their phones and it was clearly their friends who were coming in to get their nails done, a few others customers who were also waiting made comments about how they were acting

With only one stylist to accommodate walk in and pre booked appointments I felt that I was rushed...3 hours was a long time. And I felt very sorry for the stylist Lesley who was very kind and didn’t even have a break in the time I was there. I wasn’t happy with my cut which looks awful and I was talked into having a colour that I would not normally go for.
