I had booked an appointment but had to wait half an hour as it was a busy Saturday and with 3 people in seats and only two hairdressers, they were understaffed! (I should note I am assured by my friends and family who recommended Supercuts to me that this was a one off and has never happened to them) However, once I got sat down and seen to I have to say it was maybe the best hairdressing experience I've had in Orpington. The lovely lady cutting my hair (I am so sorry I didn't catch your name) was quick to find common ground between us and we discussed conspiracy theories and the time flew by. She offered me some fab advice about my thinning hair and recommended me some products but wasn't pushy at all on selling them and suggested that I ask for them for Christmas. The salon itself is very clean and crisp but very simple. I will definitely be returning and I love my new haircut. Thank you!
