The lady was very friendly and chatty. I had a nice haircut but should have asked for more layers. I expected it to cost £29 as this was the price on my booking email and I didn’t ask for any extras but I had to pay £41 luckily I was able to pay it. This needs looking at as there is a big difference and a shock.

Sarah was brilliant! The hair wash was so relaxing, the cutting and styling of my thick hair excellent. I'm super happy.
