Salon was running late so had a 45 min wait - not ideal when having a perm which takes ages at the best of times! But wonderful Lesley was as super quick & engaging as always. Delighted with perm.

Robbie cut my hair and his service was excellent. However I had used the online booking service which showed a staff member who didn't start til an hour after my appointment. Thankfully Robbie was able to fit me in. The online booking system needs to be looked at, this is the second time my booking wasn't on the system in store.
