Please address the online booking system. This didn’t work for me at my last visit, and so this time I booked over the phone. When I turned up, there was only one person working and one person waiting who had booked online. I was grateful that I was seen the following day, however this felt rushed as I could only go after work (after 5pm).

The prices on the website do not match the price they quote once you get there. This is the only drawback I feel. Otherwise all is good!
