I've been coming to Barron's for quite a while now and Domy who colours and styles my hair is absolutely fantastic. The whole team are lovely and welcoming, even putting little girl at ease when having her hair cut. It is expensive but I would highly recommend dome for any colour or cut, always gets it right and makes you feel great!

I have been having my hair cut at Barrons for years. All the stylists are excellent and experienced. It is a friendly local hairdresser. I highly recommend.

I started visiting Barons 1 year ago, prior to this I had always had my haircut at Vidal Sassoon, but wanted to find a local salon and Barrons was recommended to me. It is local, wonderful staff and friendly environment, and the service is wonderful, I would recommend without hesitation.

I always enjoy my visit to Barrons ... they make me feel welcome and the staff are very attentive. They also do a very good colour and enjoy your hair is clear of product etc afterwards. My stylist is very good too.

As David Barron has been the only person to cut my hair in the last thirty plus years I think that that speaks for itself!

I was looking for a new stylist last Friday and went in Barrons to ask for a consultation. The salon was packed, but David made a space for me, as I was willing to go to the shops and come back 15 minutes later. The atmosphere was very friendly and I felt immediately at home. The advice and recommendations were done without rush and I could tell he was considering the matter carefully and sensibly. He advised on cut and on colour and brought his adviser for colour to double check his ideas. I decided to go for the cut and despite the fact that was a very busy day (Friday), he re-shuffled some of his clients to make a space for me. I was very happy with the cut, but he got somebody else to style it afterwards and I did not love it. When he came back to check the final look, he immediately said it was not his idea, so he offered - for the same price- for me to make an appointment the following day to finish it properly. The following day, it took another 45 min to wash, thin the hair a bit more and re-style. I was very happy with the end result. Another thing I really liked about this salon is that they use disposable towels which apparently have a much lower carbon footprint than cotton washable towels: no electricity/ water to wash them after a single use; they are also recyclable and reusable. I was also able to take the towel home, and it is very handy to clean up after my puppy and the water on the hall floor after a snowy day. Price-wise, it is not as expensive as certain Hairdressers of this rank. So I think I have found my hairdressing salon. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!
