As always, I enjoyed my experience very much...from the ease of booking (online), the friendly welcome at reception & complimentary cup of tea, the relaxing hair wash & scalp massage and the super haircut & chat with Pete...and cannot fault the service at all! Thank you to all staff at Battisti 🤗
