I was just about the first customer when Groom Room opened. Only complaint I used to have was the size of the que outside 30 minutes before opening time! Not yet used the online booking system, but next time I will (just got back from a haircut). Always friendly guys who are obviously good hairdressers, Popular place with men of all ages and all styles of hair/beards.

Really pleased with the hair and beard trim. However updating your waiting area would be a huge improvement.
