I really like coming here, I have had my hair cut by different people and they all do a great job, take time and pay attention to the detail. They are also really friendly. The salon needs to sort out its queue system - I would have left yesterday if I had known that there were two people booked in before me but not waiting (and I would have come back another day), but having invested almost an hour waiting, I didn't want to leave before having a hair cut. I am now less likely to go in again. Nothing to do with the criteria above, but because there are plenty of other places that do an "ok" job and I know how many people are in front of me in the queue. When the system worked it was fine, but when you have to sign in on the system (which saves personal details, so probably an issue for GDPR) and it serves only the staff or the people "in the know", then it's irritating. Best not to use it, or to give people a rough waiting time when they arrive. This is not a criticism of the two barbers who were there yesterday - they were doing their best to inform people, but the system was letting them down.
