As per usual - I must be the scruffiest hair in Torbay but Mark P waves his scissors and I leave with a good hair cut,also good music and without doubt ,the best in the south west. Top service from Mark & his team. Thanks JMW.

I know you are working on it but it would be good to improve the waiting process and you never know how long will it takes for you to wait. I think is the only issue, apart from that the service is really good.

There is obvious camaraderie amongst the guys, and the music is always good. Good haircut in a good environment by guys that know what they are doing, and are meticulous. Really few criticisms to make, but a couple: knowing I am likely to be in the chair for nearly an hour, I could do with a tea or coffee during quieter times - I appreciate that Saturday mornings, when the queues are long it isn't practical, and you don't want people outstaying their welcome, but on a Monday morning, or similar, that would be appreciated (for regulars/loyal customers). There were some old signs shoved in a corner, and it is a little bit run down as a building. No, I don't want to walk into a spa, with whale music and bathrobes, but befitting of the 'brand' of Groom Room, a spring clean or a lick of paint would help elevate it. These are all operational issues, rather than staff or quality of service issues, which I rate as the best in the area - all I want from a barber's is consistency - of quality, of interpretation of our styling needs, and someone that knows when to chat, and when to shut up. You guys get that very well, hence I keep coming back. Thanks for listening, Ben

This is my third time of visiting The Groom Room and each time I've had a different barber not to say this is a bad thing as every one of them has given me a quality cut and advice about my hair. What's more to be said? Quality Barbers.
