For the first time in a long time I genuinely look forward to having my haircut. Skilled barbers who offer great advice and are on point when it comes to trends. Also a great place if you’re cultivating a beard or tasch.

1st time visit for me. All Covid precautions are being taken. Had a restyle and very happy with the results. Lewis was warm, welcoming and chatty. An all round great experience. Only criticism is that you can't pay by card.

As a progress suggestion with the great concept The Groom Room already has is to have the names listed on the tv screen showing your position in the queue for your haircut.

The booking system is a particularly good innovation. Although the computer-generated waiting times need to be taken with a pinch of salt, it is good to be able to log in and then go and do something useful with at least some of the waiting time. This is by far the best and most stylish barber in Torquay and my only regret is that I'm only in town occasionally.

Mark (one with cap) gave me a really good cut. Listened to what I wanted and I'm very pleased with the cut. Just moved from Glasgow and I'm very reluctant to let anyone new cut my hair but was more than happy with the cut.
