Your queuing system is poor, the idea is great but the accuracy of the timings really lets it down. Great haircut! Really nice people working there

Great bunch of skilled barbers who take their time to make sure your hair (and beard) is spot on. Which is so much better than being rushed in and out like other places. Always come out looking and feeling great. The place is looking a little tired and rundown, but it's still clean and tidy(ish) so certainly won't stop me going back again. Highly recommended if you want a top quality cut.

Waited for nearly 1hr an 30 mins, they really need to sort their online booking if they’re gonna make people wait that long. But hair cut was fantastic as always.

Without a doubt the best barbers in town. Just need to manage wait times a bit better as the 30 minutes I was quoted was over an hour. But can't argue when the cut and service as that good

Everything is great apart from your booking in system. It's never right. Today it said 7 minutes. Waited well over an hour. I'm happy to wait but would be better if the system was more accurate so I would have gone and done something. Cheers. John.
