It is a rare treat for me to get my hair cut, both for financial and time reasons. At time of booking, I was impressed with how easy and quick I could book an appointment which fitted in with my busy life and liked the way prices were displayed on the website so I knew exactly how much I needed to budget. I also liked the text reminder/confirmation request sent out a few days prior to my appointment. On arrival at the salon, the staff were professional and welcoming, the fact that I had a special offer card (which I showed them on arrival) certainly did not have any impact on the service I received. My stylist was Emily, she spent a few minutes talking about my hair and the type of cut I required, she gave me her full attention and I felt she really listened and my satisfaction with the cut appeared to be genuinely important to her, I wasn't sure what I wanted doing, she made suggestions and recommendations which helped me come to a decision. The products used on my hair have left it feeling healthy and shiny, the products chosen by Emily were clearly the right ones for my hair type. Emily took her time with the cut and checked with me at each stage to ensure I was happy with what she was doing. I booked another appointment before I left. As I'm sure you can gather from my comments, I was really pleased with my hair cut! Thank you Emily :-)
