As someone who has been scared of Hairdressers, Anna instils confidence and is expertly professional. Jack (yes I am biased as he's my grandson...don't worry I'm a young grandmother just turned 50!)is already an asset to the Salon and so polite and helpful and gives a lovely head massage! Thank you.
