I had been trawling local salon websites, for a professional hairdresser whom I could trust to lighten my hair, with as little damage as possible. Benessere ticked so many boxes for me, from the products they use, to their continuing professional development, therefore I chose to book a consultation with Vicki. Vicki was very welcoming, informative and honest. I hasten to add that I am now well on my way through this gentle journey and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The salon, in it’s entirety, will make your experience feel like a fabulous treat. It is professional, friendly, bright, easy to get to, it also provides great coffee and high class glossy magazines! Highly recommended for a top class service.

Oh wow had the most amazing back and shoulder massage with Tori. I love this salon for their friendly yet very professional atmosphere. I can highly recommend everyone who works in there.

The service was fantastic and the staff are very welcoming on arrival I was offered a drink and during treatment offered another one would definitely recommend this salon I rang on the morning of appointment and they got me in the same day excellent experience
