Only ever use this beautiful place most professional, relaxing experience as you walk through the door together like my family they become, as Henry most beautiful Teddy bear little dog I have ever seen, so friendly just put it up to hundred percent experience and all brilliant as treating you like special Jackie who books you in recpection gos an extra mile to get you in , fran manager well bought all this to you enjoy relaxing first class service, not just hair dressers but many beauty methods, then Natalie will do all that for you , just listen and get what you want , then Hannah well what can I say , always gets me out of trouble with my hair hundred percent every time, always listen and just dose that always come out feeling so happy and good , never use any one else , this place got it right from walking in to out thank yiu give you who became my second family first class well recommend well done all for getting it perfect Fran you and Henry made this experience hame with your lovely family staff thank you all , feeling good after hair and beauty experience again love you all love Jayne ❤

Everyone in the salon is always friendly and takes the time to not only speak to you, but remember your name and ask how you liked your last treatment. The advice given is always honest and comes from personal experience, they quickly understand how to tailor it to suit your own needs. The experience is always; warm, friendly and most importantly professional.

My only slight criticism (and it is a very slight criticism) is when you are having a beauty treatment in one of the upstairs rooms, you can hear the noise from the hair salon downstairs. Benessere is my favourite beauty salon.
