Billy Basin offers exemplary service, they go way beyond the norm to give excellent customer service and satisfaction. Yesterday for example the water had been cut off and the team rallied round to keep the premises open. It would have been far easier to close shop but they felt they owed it to their clients who were desperate to have their hair done for their meetings, events or special occasions to keep open for as long as they had water. Gallons of bottled water were found around the borough with additional kettles bought and a relay system set up to get the right temperature and volume of water going through their client's hair! - A far easier (and cheaper) option would to be to call it a day and go home and have a well deserved break, as not only did it cost the staff a huge amount of resources, but the sheer madness of using very expensive bottled water to make sure they did not let their clients down goes beyond the call of duty. I have been going to Billy Basin for over 15 years now, they are the best! thank you Billy basin for once again going the extra mile - we love you! Angie x
