Comment
I have been a client at Billy Basin for many years, and as one of their 'older' women, would add that the care and attention given is always consistently of a high standard. On my latest visit I had attended with a disaster of a fringe cut, made by mistake by my willing partner who got it very wrong. I had no fewer than three stylists sorting it out. What a service.
