I'm a long term customer & always enjoy the experience ..apart from the hair wash. The girls are fine but the water is always either too hot or cold. Not a massive problem but might I suggest the fitting of thermostatic valves on the taps for the hoses? This would be fairly cheap to do & ensure a regular water temperature
