Love my visits to Billy Basin, good buzzy atmosphere - friendly, genuine staff and, if you just want to relax and have some peace after a hectic time, there's no need to chat. Well balanced team of male/female, trendy (in a non-threatening way! ) and more conservatively groomed, trainees and experts!

This is an Aveda Salon with a difference. Everyone is professional and charming and they always make me, my husband and other members of my family feel welcomed. The staff go out of their way to give great service (with a smile:), advice if we are buying products and a hair styling experience which is second to none. The treatments I receive are recorded and reviewed by stylists who are all highly trained and experienced. Every client I have encountered during my regular visits to Billy Basin is treated extremely courteously and give me impression that they leave feeling 'a million dollars' - That little something we all need!

I visited Billy Basin for the first time, and my Stylist Rebecca done an amazing job on my hair (cut and colour). I will definitely be returning in six weeks or so. Thank you very much.
